Poemski

Skiing's been on my mind. Now it's on my blog:

The engineer rode up the lift
And got more progressively miffed.
Skiing wasn't his calling;
He just kept on falling.
He just couldn't catch the snow's drift.

The skier returns to his bed,
Feeling as though he were dead.
"The trouble," he mumbles,
"Is all of the tumbles.
I'd rather be coding instead."

Bob's skiing was really inept;
He fell every time that he stepped.
But no one's disputing
His tangent computing:
He always found the slope intercept.
