The Pope's Resignation Letter

Dear Church:

I hereby resign my post as Pope, effective March 1, 2013.

Thank you for the opportunities for professional and personal development that you have provided me during the last five years. I have enjoyed working for The Vatican and appreciate the support provided me during my tenure with the firm.

However, I have decided to spend more time with my family that I am really, really old.
